1. Service Agreement

By booking services with Masse Cleaners, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Services are provided according to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Scope of Work

Cleaning services are limited to the tasks outlined in your booking or service agreement. Additional services must be requested and approved prior to the appointment.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are based on the information provided at booking. Masse Cleaners reserves the right to adjust pricing if the condition, size, or scope of work differs materially from what was disclosed. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. Delays caused by lack of access may result in shortened service time or additional fees.

6. Health & Safety

Masse Cleaners reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe conditions, including but not limited to biohazards, aggressive pets, excessive clutter, or structural hazards.

7. Breakage & Damage

Our team takes care to protect your property. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, and items improperly secured are not covered.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Clients must notify Masse Cleaners of any service concerns within 24 hours. Remedies are limited to re-cleaning affected areas at our discretion.

9. Liability Limitations

Masse Cleaners is not responsible for damage due to faulty fixtures, improper installation, or items that are fragile or not disclosed prior to service.

10. Supplies & Equipment

We provide professional cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. Requests for specific products must be communicated in advance.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Masse Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service to any client for legitimate business or safety reasons.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Services are provided in accordance with applicable state and local regulations in each service area.

14. Consumer Rights & Compliance

Masse Cleaners complies with all applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A and applicable North Carolina consumer protection statutes. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any consumer rights that cannot be lawfully waived under applicable law.

15. Independent Contractor Status

Masse Cleaners’ employees and contractors are not household employees of the client. Masse Cleaners is solely responsible for payroll taxes, workers’ compensation insurance, and employment compliance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law or business practices. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
